First seen at louis vuitton's fall-winter 2022 show, the lv skate sneaker is revisited this season in grained calf leather with a new oversized monogram flower motif on the side. Inspired by nineties' skate shoes, this design is characterized by its padded collar and tongue. Technical double laces and a bicolor rubber outsole complete this model.

A collaboration with Virgil Abloh, the Louis Vuitton Upcycle Trainer, released in 2021, features designs created from pre-existing LV trainers. This is seen in the mix and match of colors and materials. The limited colorway features a blue and white calfskin upper, suede tongue and contrasting teal shoelaces. The shoe creatively integrates Louis Vuitton and Virgil Abloh’s signatures, including handwritten annotations, loose sewing threads and an iridescent tag accessory.

This exclusive edition of the lv skate sneaker combines grained calf leather with technical mesh. On the side, the interlaced lv motif was inspired by colm dillane of kidsuper, who co-designed a part of the fall-winter 2023 show. Referencing skate shoes, this design is characterized by its padded collar and tongue with bicolor double laces and outsole.
